The Eftsure Menu
The Eftsure Menu is an action-pane button present in the Eftsure Workspace and in all vendor, invoice, and payment forms. It is the primary way to trigger any Eftsure action from within a D365 form. Clicking the Eftsure button opens a grouped dropdown with the following sections:Eftsure actions (local and platform)

The New record menu
The New button in the Eftsure Workspace and vendor forms has been extended with Eftsure-specific options alongside the standard D365 new vendor option.Status icon bars
Eftsure adds a row of status icons to AP forms so you can read the risk picture for a vendor or bank account at a glance — without opening any additional panels. The icons appear in the top-right corner of the form when you have a record selected. The icons displayed depend on the form you are working in:
Eftsure uses four categories of status icons across AP forms:
Verification status
Shows whether the vendor’s bank account has been verified by Eftsure. Uses the same colour coding as the Eftsure portal: green (verified), orange (pending), red (failed or mismatch).
GovCode / ABN status
Shows the status of the vendor’s government registration number (e.g. ABN in Australia). Highlights discrepancies between what the vendor provided and the public register.
Tax registration status
Shows the status of the vendor’s tax registration as validated by Eftsure.
Email validity
Shows whether the email address provided by the vendor during onboarding passed Eftsure’s validity checks.
Status icons in grids (for example in vendor lists) show the bank account verification status for each individual row, making it easy to scan a list and identify vendors that need attention.
Eftsure toolbar shortcuts
A dedicated Eftsure shortcut menu appears in most form toolbars, next to the standard Office button. It provides quick navigation without opening the full Eftsure Menu. The shortcut menu is divided into three sections:- Eftsure
- Portals
- Help
Direct navigation shortcuts to the most-used features:
- Onboarding (or new onboarding shortcuts)
- Payee check
- Workspace
- Parameters
- Support
Filters
Eftsure adds a Filter button to the action pane of all applicable AP forms, sitting next to the Eftsure Menu. It lets you narrow the grid to vendors or bank accounts matching a specific status — without writing a custom query. What you can filter by:- Any Eftsure bank account verification status (e.g. Verified, Awaiting verification, Failed)
- Vendor on-hold status
Showing and hiding the filter
The Filter button is enabled for all users by default. Each user can choose to hide it on a per-form or global basis:- Hide from a single form — open the filter menu and choose the hide option. The button disappears from that form only.
- Hide from all forms — go to User Options > Reset Filter button and set the Hide option to Yes. To re-enable, change the setting back to No.
Display modes
You can control how the Filter button looks and how much detail it shows:Filtering by Government Code status
The Filter button intentionally omits government code (ABN) status to keep the menu concise. To filter vendors by government code status, use either:- Eftsure Workspace > Registrations > All Vendors by registration, or
- The standard D365 advanced filter or column sort on any vendor list form.
