Icons
Where icons appear
The icon bar you see depends on which form you are working in:
You can find a description and recommended action for every icon in the Eftsure Workspace under the Legend tabs.
Verification status icons
Verification status icons show whether a vendor’s bank account has been verified in the Eftsure database. These icons use the same images as the Eftsure portal. A green sideways thumb indicates the bank account has been self-certified internally by an authorised user (see Self-Certification).Government code (GovCode) status icons
GovCode icons show the status of the vendor’s registered government number (for example, ABN in Australia). These use the same images as the Eftsure portal.Tax registration status icons
Tax registration icons indicate the status of the vendor’s tax registration as returned by the relevant authority lookup. These use the same images as the Eftsure portal.Email validity icons
These custom icons show the status of the email address the vendor provided during onboarding. Unlike the other icon sets, these are specific to D365 and are not shared with the Eftsure portal.Filters
What the filter does
The Eftsure filter button is available in the action pane next to the Eftsure menu on all applicable D365 forms — including All Vendors, bank account lists, payment journals, Eftsure workspace, and Exflow Import forms. It lets you quickly narrow any vendor list by:- Eftsure verification status (all statuses)
- Vendor on-hold status
To filter vendors by Government Code status specifically, use either the Eftsure > Registrations > All Vendors by registration tile in the workspace, or D365’s native Advanced filter / Sort feature on any vendor list form. The Eftsure filter button intentionally omits GovCode filtering to keep the menu compact.
Display modes
The filter menu supports two display modes you can set per user:
You can also choose Icon only to hide the “Filter” label and show only the filter icon, saving space in the ribbon.
