The Eftsure Workspace is your central command post for everything related to vendor management and payment fraud prevention inside Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. From here you can monitor onboarding requests, track verification statuses, review the vendor register, access administration settings, and use key tools — without leaving D365. Think of it as the AP team’s real-time risk dashboard, always connected to the Eftsure platform. Testing

Opening the workspace

The Eftsure Workspace lives inside the standard D365 Workspaces menu alongside other modules. Navigate to Workspaces in the D365 navigation pane, then select Eftsure.
Mark the workspace as a favourite by clicking the star icon next to its name. This pins it to your workspace list for faster access every time you log in.
When the workspace opens, you see a row of top-level tabs. The exact set shown depends on your user role and the features enabled in your organisation’s configuration. Every main tab follows the same layout pattern: a status chart at the top acts as a direct link to the matching status group, followed by a process flow diagram, a legend, and then a data grid pre-filtered by that specific status.

Workspace features and counters

The workspace header area shows three important counters and a set of action buttons:
  1. Eftsure portal link — opens the Eftsure portal directly from the workspace header.
  2. Communicate — opens a form to contact the Eftsure team.
  3. Vendor count by bank account status — total number of vendors with each verification status in the currently selected legal entity. This count matches the totals shown in each sub-tab.
  4. Summary status (all entities) — an at-a-glance status roll-up across all enabled legal entities, refreshed every 15 minutes.
  5. Key feature icons — shortcuts to the most-used Eftsure actions (see the Key features section below).
The count shown in the left-hand sidebar and the data grid refreshes every minute. The total count in the workspace header refreshes every 15 minutes. To force an immediate update, click the (i) icon and select Begin update now.

First-time login: refreshing the Charts tab

When you log in for the first time, the Charts tab may appear empty. Click the Refresh button on the Charts tab to trigger an initial data load. Once the refresh completes, all tile counts and charts update to reflect the current state of your vendor data.

Key features

The workspace toolbar exposes a set of feature icons for quick access to common Eftsure actions. The full set available to you depends on your role and the record selected.

Workspace sections in detail

The Charts tab provides a visual snapshot of your entire vendor and onboarding pipeline. Each chart is a clickable link — selecting a status segment navigates directly to the matching filtered sub-tab. Hit Refresh on first use to populate the charts with current data.
The Onboardings tab shows every onboarding invitation sent from your organisation, grouped by status. Use this tab to track which suppliers have responded, which are pending, and which need follow-up. The workflow action buttons let you accept, reject, or flag onboardings as incomplete directly from the grid.
The Verifications tab lists all outstanding and completed bank account verification requests. Each row links to the related vendor and bank account so you can act quickly on anything requiring attention.
The Vendors tab shows your vendor register grouped by Eftsure bank account verification status. Use the sub-tabs to jump directly to vendors in a specific status group — for example, all vendors Awaiting verification.
The Tools tab is designed for key users and project administrators. It contains pre-go-live setup tasks (configuration checks, data preparation) and ongoing maintenance tools. Your system administrator can guide you on which tools are relevant to your role.
The Admin tab groups all Eftsure administration items — parameters, user settings, legal entity configuration, and synchronisation controls — in one place.
